We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original, unworn condition within 30 working days from the delivery date. We will refund the amount that you have paid, with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. Please try on over clean carpet so you don't mark the outsole.
